As an Osteopath and a manual therapist, previously in private practice in Cardiff, Gloucester and South London within the NHS, Annette has experience in providing effective and holistic care for her patients including for the various musculoskeletal conditions that cause pain from back problems, aches and pains from gardening or sport related injuries, desk based posture and manual working.
She uses a range of techniques including manipulation, mobilization, massage, and exercise to help reduce pain, restore function and improve overall well-being. Annette is also trained in acupuncture from the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) which she uses safely and effectively to further help reduce pain symptoms and speed up recovery.
Before becoming an osteopath, Annette worked as an exercise and management professional for over 20 years, working in fitness management roles in London within the corporate and commercial sectors. During this time, she had the privilege to work outside the UK on cruise ships, as a massage therapist in the French Alps, teaching exercise in Corporate Fitness Australia, and at university in Saudi Arabia.
Over 10 years ago she qualified as a pilates instructor, which she now incorporates into her osteopathic practice to enhance posture, core stability, and flexibility. Annette is passionate about helping people achieve their optimal health and fitness goals and she enjoys working with motivated and diverse teams that share this vision.
