Sports Therapy

Kurtis is a BSc Sports Therapy graduate from the University of Plymouth, with a background in personal training, sports rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy and pitch-side care. He has gained experience across academy, semi-professional and professional sporting environments, including Exeter College Sports Academy, Sidmouth Town AFC, Exeter City Womenโ€™s First Team and Exeter Chiefs.

Alongside his sporting experience, Kurtis is able to support clients with common musculoskeletal issues often seen in a clinical environment. This includes lower back pain, neck and shoulder discomfort, muscular tightness, postural-related pain, joint stiffness, mobility limitations, work-related aches and general soft tissue complaints.

With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, Kurtis brings a practical understanding of movement, exercise and individual client needs.

Kurtis aims to provide clear, practical and client-centred care to help individuals reduce pain, improve function and return to sport, work and everyday activity safely.
