Kurtis is a BSc Sports Therapy graduate from the University of Plymouth, with a background in personal training, sports rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy and pitch-side care. He has gained experience across academy, semi-professional and professional sporting environments, including Exeter College Sports Academy, Sidmouth Town AFC, Exeter City Womenโs First Team and Exeter Chiefs.
Alongside his sporting experience, Kurtis is able to support clients with common musculoskeletal issues often seen in a clinical environment. This includes lower back pain, neck and shoulder discomfort, muscular tightness, postural-related pain, joint stiffness, mobility limitations, work-related aches and general soft tissue complaints.
With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, Kurtis brings a practical understanding of movement, exercise and individual client needs.
