Evie Hudson
Evie Hudson is a Sports Therapist with a BSc in Sports Therapy, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and return-to-play within rugby environments. Since 2022, she has been working with Okehampton Rugby Club, Exeter College athletes and in professional rugby settings including Exeter.
She has a particular interests in knee rehabilitation, long-term athletic development. This enables her patients return to sport and everyday function with confidence.
Evie works with a wide range of patients, from youth athletes to older adults, creating tailored rehabilitation plans that combine evidence-based practice with a practical, supportive approach. Alongside rehabilitation and exercise therapy, Evie advises on Strength and conditioning for injury prevention. Further, she uses manual therapy techniques including sports massage, joint mobilisations, taping and cupping therapy to support recovery, movement, and performance.
Evie prides herself on building strong relationships with her patients and creating a positive, supportive environment throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
