Your Initial Assessment: What to Expect
We believe in a comprehensive, personal approach. We don’t just put you straight into a class; we investigate your specific needs to ensure your absolute safety and support.
Your initial 30-minute 1:1 Assessment takes place in a private room with our specialist therapists. This session includes:- Detailed Case History: We sit down to review your mobility history, previous near-misses, and lifestyle goals.
- Physical & Functional Testing: We will gently evaluate your current lower-body strength, mobility, and balance limits.
- Safety Screening: We ensure you are perfectly suited and safely prepared to transition into our group classes.
Our Treatment Approach: The 'Better Balance' Classes
If you are a good fit after your 1:1 evaluation, you will move on to our specialised Better Balance Classes, held locally near our clinic locations.
Both our clinical assessments and our classes are strictly built upon the gold-standard Postural Stability Instructor (PSI) course framework. This is the UK’s leading evidence-based exercise model clinically proven to reduce falls and improve functional mobility in adults.Our Goals & What You Will Gain:
