Your initial 30-minute 1:1 Assessment takes place in a private room with our specialist therapists. This session includes:

Our Treatment Approach: The 'Better Balance' Classes

If you are a good fit after your 1:1 evaluation, you will move on to our specialised Better Balance Classes, held locally near our clinic locations.

Both our clinical assessments and our classes are strictly built upon the gold-standard Postural Stability Instructor (PSI) course framework. This is the UK’s leading evidence-based exercise model clinically proven to reduce falls and improve functional mobility in adults.

If you’re unsure whether the class might be suitable for you, book in for a free 20 minute clinical assessment with any of our team members, who will be happy to listen to your concerns and provide expert guidance and support.
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily (such as trousers, leggings, or a tracksuit). For your safety, please wear flat, supportive, enclosed footwear like trainers or well-fitting shoes. Please avoid sandals, flip-flops, or loose slippers.
