Osteopath
M.Ost

After serving for 10 years in the Royal Airforce working as a weapons engineer, Jeremy gained a keen interest in biomechanics and helping those in need. He graduated from NESCOT Epsom, Surrey achieving a 2.1 in his Integrated Masters of Osteopathy degree. He also studied Sports Massage therapy during this time in order to supplement his osteopathic practice. Since then, he has also studied medical acupuncture and dry needling. His techniques are a mix of structural and functional osteopathy and are tailored specifically to the needs of the patient sat in front of him. He also emphasises the importance in functional nutrition for the recovery process and to optimise long-term health.

Jeremy plans to build on his current knowledge in order to help those who have more complicated needs and those who are most vulnerable. He believes age is just a number and if you are ready to modify your lifestyle habits and beliefs, you can exceed societal pre-conceived ideas of how strong and healthy you should be for your age!

People are having to deal with an increasing amount of stress and their bodies are having to cope with exposure to more and more environmental toxins with decreasing levels of nutrients in our foods which leads to toxicity and inflammation in our bodies. Osteopathy can help you to cope better with these challenges and can aid the removal of this toxic build up and inflammation by improving blood, lymph, cerebral spinal fluid and neurological flow around your body. This will in turn help to improve your overall health and well-being.

Jeremy strives to provide great communication, patient-practitioner collaboration and empowers you with higher levels of self-confidence which he believes are some of the foundations of improving health and well-being and are paramount to your recovery and long-term health. He also believes that in order to improve your health beyond just recovery from injury of illness that regular osteopathy treatments are an essential part of ongoing self-care. This is in combination with optimal nutrition, regular intense exercise and good self-management of stress levels and your mental health.
