Osteopathy and Physiotherapy in Staines

Nicola qualified as an Osteopath in June 2022, gaining a Masters in the subject, following 4 years of training at the University College of Osteopathy. 

Nicola worked as a massage therapist in London whilst completing her university degree and also gained work experience at a local rugby club in her hometown in Oxfordshire. Having previously competed nationally and in trampoline gymnastics, Nicola enjoys keeping active in her spare time with long walks and strength training at the gym.

Throughout the completion of her Osteopath qualification, Nicola has gained vital and extensive knowledge of the human anatomy and works in a holistic way to treat the cause of the problem. She uses a combination of hands-on techniques including manipulation, mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, as well as rehabilitation exercises to ensure you gain the utmost benefit from treatment.

With her warm and compassionate approach, Nicola will work with you to understand the root cause of your problem and help carefully select the best treatment programme possible to get you back up and running again. Strong communication and understanding her patient’s goals and expectations is something that is valued highly by Nicola, in order to ensure her patients feel heard and understood.
