James Jordan
Physiotherapist
James is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist who graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Physiotherapy. He takes a holistic and individualised approach to treatment, recognising the importance of considering the wider physical, psychological and social factors that can influence a person’s health and recovery.
His approach is informed by the biopsychosocial model, combining this with hands-on treatment, soft tissue techniques and tailored rehabilitation. James believes in taking the time to listen and understand each individual, their symptoms and their goals, allowing him to develop treatment and rehabilitation plans that are both meaningful and achievable.
He has a particular interest in soft tissue treatment, rehabilitation and neurological presentations, and enjoys helping people regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities that are important to them. His calm and attentive manner allows him to build a strong rapport with patients and create a supportive environment throughout their rehabilitation.
Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, James worked within the creative industry. He continues to pursue his creative interests outside of work, particularly photography, music and drawing.
His skills as a clinician include:
Advanced and complex neurological conditions
Surgery prehab and rehab
Musculoskeletal rehabilitation and rehab
