Nyesha graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy in 2018, since graduating she has completed additional training in dry needling, sports taping, and neurological rehabilitation. She is also qualified in sports therapy and sports massage.
Nyesha uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue work, manipulation, dry needling and various taping methods. She enjoys incorporating exercise and rehabilitation into the treatment programme and believes this to be the best way to achieve a patient’s goals.
Post graduation, Nyesha spent time working within the NHS as part of a community multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. She worked with patients in their own homes regain strength and movement, many of the patients she worked with had experienced neurological conditions.
Nyesha also spent time working with men’s semi-professional football teams, before doing a season with a U15’s team, she helped the teams reach their optimal potential through regular treatment and rehabilitation, as well as being on hand on pitch side during match days.
Nyesha now divides her time between treating patients and coaching gymnastics and parkour to children of all ages and abilities.
