Sabrina graduated from University College of Osteopathy (UCO) in London with a Masters in Osteopathy in 2019. Whilst studying at UCO she worked as a massage therapist in Honor oak, and mobile for urban massage as well as growing her own clinic, she also studied dry needling, and taping.Â
She did further qualifications to become a personal trainer and a nutritional advisor as well to be able to support her patients holistically.Â
When treating her patients, she uses structural techniques such as joint mobilisation and articulation, soft tissue massage and rehabilitation exercises consisting of stretching and strengthening to guide her patients to faster recovery.Â
Sabrina creates specific treatment and rehabilitation plans for every patient depending on their individual needs. She is passionate about posture and functional movement, which she believes play an important role in people’s health.Â
Sabrina, a Swiss National was brought up in Yorkshire, moved to London in 2014. She has recently relocated to Devon to escape the city life and spend more quality time in nature with her dog. In her spare time, she enjoys wild swimming, walking, camping, the gym and martial arts.
