Lisa Chrimes-Watts graduated from the College of Osteopaths in 2017 with a Bachelor of Osteopathy with Honours. Since then she has attended courses with some of the leading world experts in the field of osteopathy and has advanced skills in treating many conditions acute or chronic. Lisa has a special interest in Cranial Osteopathy and often combines her structural clinical approach to treatment with cranial work to achieve the best outcome for her patients.
Having grown up in Buckinghamshire she moved down to the South West in the 1990’s and found herself training as a massage therapist, this led onto sports massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and qualifying as a craniosacral therapist at the Karuna Institute in Dartmoor in1996.
Practising as a Complementary therapist for over twenty- five years in Somerset and spending several years teaching Diploma courses. She has extensive knowledge dealing with physical and emotional health and wellness.
Lisa has had horses all her life and enjoys the great outdoors, horse riding, running, swimming and pilates. She has first hand knowledge of fitness and how to look after your body, managing your stress levels and keeping your body pain free.
Her interest is in the biodynamic approach to health and how we can hold shock and trauma in our systems leading to dysfunction and pain. She believes in the holistic approach and treating the body as a whole. Offering advice on posture, stress management and giving her patients an understanding of their problem with an individual treatment plan tailored to their needs.
