Alexia has a master in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London.
After a decade working as a project manager in the creative industry in London, she retrained as an osteopath, using her problem-solving skills to help people improve their health and enable them to enjoy their lives to their full potential.
She has experience treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including neck and back pain, sports and lifestyle-related injuries affecting muscles, joints and nerves, headaches, and arthritis.
She takes a whole-person approach with her patients, looking beyond symptoms to identify and address contributing and maintaining factors by using a range of hands on techniques, lifestyle advice and home exercises, tailored specifically to each patientâs unique needs and history, and working towards long-term positive changes.
Her friendly and empathic nature enables her to connect with her patients and build a therapeutic alliance based on trust and mutual respect that is committed to their individual goals.
In her spare time she enjoys running, surfing, yoga, and when the opportunity arises horse-riding and snowboarding. She is also passionate about food, and likes to fuel her active lifestyle with home-cooked meals inspired by her adventures around the world.
