Often when someone comes in for the first time they have been suffering on and off for many years and it still amazes me how a difficult and painful life can be turned into one of comfort and hope.

Each patient has their own unique history and characteristics, so I always ensure that I have fully understood their background and the nature of the problem. After a full examination I create an individually tailored treatment plan. This will usually consist of gentle and carefully applied treatment together with specifically chosen exercises to ensure optimal rehabilitation.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing how lives are transformed as pain lifts away and patients feel better, allowing them to move comfortably and confidently again.
