Osteopath
Tatiana Horide is an osteopath and director of Osteo and Physio Cullompton. She graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in 2011 with a Masters degree in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Naturopathy. She moved to Devon having previously lived in London (originally from Bournemouth), where she practised for two years in North London treating a wide variety of patients at the BCOM. Patients had a diversity of conditions, including chronic pain, sports injuries, arthritic pain and those who were referred through the Primary Care Trust.
Tatiana’s style as an Osteopath includes both structural and cranial osteopathy. Offering a wide variety of techniques including joint manipulation, soft tissue massage, stretching and exercise rehabilitation. This bespoke treatment is prescribed to each patient specific to their condition and depending on what is required at that time.
When visiting the clinic for a consultation, Tatiana believes in providing a tailored experience by creating a whole package giving the patient the benefits of postural guidance, dietary advice, self-treatment techniques and exercises that you can do at home. She also has a particular interest in treating expectant mothers, postnatal conditions and paediatric patients.
Her hobbies include travelling the world (especially to any scuba diving destination!) and experiencing different cultures. She loves to be active by going to the gym, cycling and hiking on Dartmoor.
Tatiana Horide is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (7761) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
