Michal Atwill
Michal is a dedicated and compassionate osteopath who graduated with a Master’s in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (UCO) in London. While studying, he also trained as a sports massage therapist and gained qualifications as a personal trainer and nutritional advisor, supporting his holistic approach to care.
Michal uses a wide range of techniques including medical dry needling, shockwave therapy, joint mobilisation, and soft tissue massage. Creating tailored recovery plans that include stretching and strengthening to support long-term results.
With a strong focus on posture and functional movement, Michal treats the body as a whole – not just the site of pain. His aim is to restore balance, reduce discomfort, and help patients build resilience.
Originally from Slovakia, Michal moved to London in 2013 and settled in Devon in 2021. Outside the clinic, he stays active with wild swimming, running, and calisthenics.
He previously enjoyed rock climbing and martial arts but now spends much of his time with his two young children.
