Michal graduated from University College of Osteopathy (UCO) in London with Masters in Osteopathy. During his time at UCO, he honed his skills as a sports massage therapist and pursued additional certifications as a personal trainer and nutritional advisor. This multifaceted approach allows him to provide comprehensive support to his patients, aiding them in their journey towards recovery and improved health.
In his practice, Michal employs a variety of techniques, including medical dry needling, shockwave, headache assessments, joint mobilization, articulation, and soft tissue massage. He also integrates rehabilitation exercises, tailored to each patient’s needs, consisting of stretching and strengthening routines to facilitate faster recovery.
