Andrea Allen

Andrea was born in Sidmouth and lives there with her husband and two children. For many years she has had an interest in massage, after receiving treatments herself for relaxation and to ease muscle soreness and stress. She qualified as a Swedish Massage Therapist in 2020 and has since enjoyed helping people like herself, who have muscle tension, pain or carry stress or anxiety. She has experience of working with and caring for the elderly, and believes you are never too old to benefit from massage.

Andrea has established herself at Osteo and Physio Sidmouth and is becoming a busy and sought-after practitioner. Her kind, quiet and understanding nature is greatly appreciated by all of her clients, and she enjoys taking the time to get to know them. She uses an intuitive approach and utilises a variety of massage techniques that take into consideration the individual needs of each of her clients.

Andrea enjoys fitness, particularly stretching and strengthening exercises, meditation and long walks with her dog.
