You will be the captain of your ship, responsible for the team development and overall success of the clinic.

Your Impact: Leadership and Clinical Excellence

As Managing Principal, your primary function is to serve as the anchor practitioner, setting the benchmark for clinical excellence while actively inspiring and mentoring the team to reach their full potential.
Key Leadership Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire: Your most important responsibility is to lead, mentor, motivate, and inspire your team. You will foster a culture of collaboration, empathy, and continuous learning to ensure the clinic maintains a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Supervision and Mentorship: You will provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support for the professional development and training of all practitioners.

Team Development: You will use your expertise to influence, motivate, and empower team members to achieve high standards of patient care. You'll support and unite the team through interventions like monthly team meetings , and quarterly practitioner reviews, which are a golden opportunity to coach and set goals for competence and performance.

Internal Team Support (Your Clinic)

Regular One-to-One Check-ins: You'll check in with practitioners, even if only for a 5-minute chat, as it is fundamental for checking practitioner welfare and ensuring they feel fully supported in their role.

Case Discussions and CPD: You will draw upon experience or recent cases to deliver in-clinic discussions and CPD to expand a practitioner's scope of practice.

Social Events: Organising events outside of the clinic is a fantastic way of developing practitioner bonds and making your clinic a happier place to work.

External Franchise Support (The Collective)

Monthly Principal Power Hour: This one-hour online meeting connects you with franchise management and other clinic principals to discuss the direction, learn about new systems, and receive any required training or updates.

Quarterly Clinic Mastermind: This powerful opportunity, held quarterly on Sundays, brings all clinic principals together to solve any issues or difficulties that may be affecting their clinics. This collaboration helps us empower others by finding solutions that benefit the whole group.

Annual Principal Conference: This weekend event provides a fun and social setting to get together with other principals, receive additional training, take part in team building, and align our vision.

Guiding Principles: Embodying Our Core Values

As Managing Principal, your primary function is to serve as the anchor practitioner, setting the benchmark for clinical excellence while actively inspiring and mentoring the team to reach their full potential.

Actively pursuing training and new knowledge, including group CPDs and the annual principal conference. They mentor and supervise practitioners to create a supportive environment for learning

Serving as the anchor practitioner and setting the standard for patient-centred care. They ensure the clinic’s environment (lighting, decor, cleanliness) is welcoming and conducive to a positive patient experience.

Dedicating time and energy to provide coaching, guidance, CPD, and mentorship to practitioners , helping them improve and reach their full potential.

Creating a positive and supportive clinic atmosphere. They handle practitioner grievances, concerns, and questions, demonstrating a compassionate and supportive approach to personnel issues.

Being the standard-bearer for clinical work and guiding associates to provide the best care possible. They use task management and compliance systems to ensure all policies, standards, and regulations are met.

Compensation and Requirements

This role offers a highly competitive and rewarding hybrid compensation package.
Compensation Structure:

Salary: The role operates on an employed basis only. Salary rises to £40,000 (pro rata). Before taking on full principal responsibilities, the salary is £32,000 (pro rata).

Commission: Managing principals are enrolled on the commission scheme which pays them an additional 20% commission on all revenue over double their equivalent salary.

Profit Share: You are entitled to 20% of clinic profits paid quarterly

Role Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years practitioner experience is required.

Onboarding: Prospective principals take on a trainee managing principal role for 2–3 months, where comprehensive training and support are provided. The full principal duties and responsibility commence from month 7 onwards.

Working Hours: The working week is flexible however we expect a minimum of 20 clinical hours spread over a minimum of 3 days/shifts per week. 3-4 additional hours per week are allocated to the other managing principal roles.
