Sarah Thackeray
Sarah Thackeray
Massage Therapist
Sarah’s first career was as a Physical Education & Dance teacher, before deciding to develop her love of movement, how the body works, and how it recovers, into further training in Holistic Massage Therapy.
She works in an intuitive way incorporating a range of massage techniques that considers each individual client’s needs – physically, emotionally and energetically. Also, as a qualified reflexologist and craniosacral therapist, Sarah is able to incorporate these therapeutic methods into her massage, enabling her clients to feel truly cared for and nurtured.
‘I’ve always enjoyed the challenges of staying fit and healthy myself, and I love supporting others to do the same. We only have one body and we need to look after it the best we can! Massage can be beneficial in so many ways not just to ease pain and discomfort, it works on a much deeper level too.’
Having relocated to East Devon, Sarah is enjoying exploring the beautiful countryside on bike and foot. She practices and teaches yoga, as well as working with essential oils to create her own natural products.
Sarah has a Level 4 Holistic Massage with Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology qualification from the Bristol Cand College of Massage and Bodywork. She is fully insured and registered with the FHT, MTI, as well as recognised by the CNHC for Massage Therapy.
