Andrew Kingham
Massage Therapist
Andrew offers therapeutic treatments that support the body as a whole with a focus on exploring the root cause of pain and injury. He works intuitively, combining Western and Eastern techniques, using an integrative approach.
Andrew discovered his passion for massage after suffering chronic issues following a bicycle injury. Through his own recovery, he learnt why the pain was present in his body and how it could be alleviated through regular therapeutic massage treatments and the introduction of self-care practices.
Having worked abroad in clinics on Canada’s east coast, Andrew’s provided support to a diverse range of clients, including athletes, veterans, postpartum mothers, and healthcare support workers. His experience in treating postural imbalances and chronic related illness led him to incorporate preventative measures and the promotion of body awareness into his client-specific homecare plans which are designed to increase overall quality of life.
With a passion for health and wellness, he dedicates personal time for physical activity and ongoing education to further expand his knowledge of the body.
Andrew graduated in 2021 from ICT Northumberland College (Nova Scotia, Canada) with an advanced 2-year Diploma in Massage Therapy and the honour of receiving the Annual Wholistic Massage Therapist award for demonstrating those qualities that best exemplify the art and science of professional massage therapy.
Andrew has recently relocated back to the UK with his family and is now a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
