Tabitha Panton
Tabitha Panton
Osteopath
Tabitha studied Osteopathy at Swansea University and graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy.
Tabitha uses structural techniques when treating her patients such as soft
tissue work, joint mobilisations and manipulations alongside rehab exercises aiming to stretch and strengthen areas of dysfunction in the body. Each treatment plan is tailored to each individual patient while looking for the cause of the pain rather than just treating the symptoms. Tabitha specialises in treating chronic arthritic pains, focusing on pain management and increasing mobility.
Being a sportswoman herself, Tabitha has a particular interest in treating
athletes and sport related injuries, particularly strength sports as she has
