Kieran Woolf

Osteopath

Kieran graduated from Swansea University with a First Class integrated masters degree in Osteopathy.

He has helped a wide variety of individuals from professional fighters and triathletes to amateur athletes as well as people struggling with pain that is impacting their day to day life.

For Kieran, osteopathy is about striving to provide care that suits the needs of each individual within the scope of that person’s goals. Whether that is performing at a high level or simply walking more comfortably, he endeavours to tailor care to each patient.

During university, his dissertation investigated the methods musculoskeletal therapists use to help people with back pain. This sparked Kieran’s interest in providing person centred care, using a variety of methods.

Kieran’s approach to treatment utilises exercise rehabilitation, soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations and manipulations; alongside lifestyle advice and goal setting. This is to help each individual navigate through their journey of rehabilitation.

During his free time Kieran enjoys strength training, running and exploring the great outdoors with his family.
